Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Supply Chain and Demand Planning to join [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in supply chain planning software and tools, with a focus on data analytics and forecasting methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement best practices in supply chain processes.
Preferred:
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally within the [industry] sector.
- Advanced degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
