Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus
- Experience with automation tools and infrastructure as code (IaC) methodologies
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or ISO 27001
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in data center operations, including power management, cooling systems, and physical security
- Proficient in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including routing, switching, and firewalls
- Experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques
