Role Overview
We are looking for a Control Tower Supervisor to lead our operations team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of control tower operations and logistics management principles.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Preferred:
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with strong Excel skills.
- Experience with supply chain visibility tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
