Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Managing Attorney (Contracts) to lead our contracts team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulations, with the ability to provide sound legal advice
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes
Preferred:
- Experience in a corporate legal environment, preferably within industries such as technology, finance, or healthcare
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing junior attorneys
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software (e.g., DocuSign, ContractWorks)
- Ability to analyze legal documents and synthesize complex information for diverse audiences
- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks related to contract management
