Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contact Lens Technician or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of contact lens fitting, materials, and care.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient care.
- Certification as a Contact Lens Technician (CLT) or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical or retail optical setting.

- Familiarity with specialty contact lenses, including scleral lenses.
