Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
- Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and construction management tools.
