Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in CNC machining, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Experience with quality control methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma or ISO standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and advanced machining techniques.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in CNC machine operation and programming (e.g., Fanuc, Haas, or similar).
- Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Experience with measurement and inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
