Required and Preferred Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in claims management within the insurance sector, with a proven track record in leadership roles

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making
- Proficient in claims management software and technology solutions
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field

- Certification such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or similar
