Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Assistant Chorus Master to join our creative team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Assist the Chorus Master in preparing vocal scores and conducting rehearsals for our diverse repertoire.

- Work closely with the Chorus Master to develop and implement vocal techniques and warm-up exercises tailored to the needs of the ensemble.
- Coordinate with the artistic team to schedule rehearsals and manage logistical arrangements for performances.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new chorus members, fostering an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in choral conducting and vocal pedagogy.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Vocal Performance, Choral Conducting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in choral conducting or vocal coaching, with a strong understanding of vocal techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with varied musical styles and genres, including classical, contemporary, and world music.
- Familiarity with digital communication and collaboration tools for remote engagement.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in music notation software (e.g., Sibelius, Finale) and audio editing tools.
- Experience with remote rehearsal platforms and collaborative technologies.
- Strong sight-reading skills and the ability to quickly learn new musical scores.
