Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a musical leadership role, preferably within a theatrical context
- Strong proficiency in conducting and vocal coaching
- Excellent knowledge of music theory, instrumentation, and arrangement techniques
Preferred:
- Experience with music technology and software, such as Sibelius or Finale
- Familiarity with a variety of musical genres, including classical, jazz, and contemporary
- Previous experience in a collaborative artistic environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced skills in music composition and arrangement
- Proficient in conducting and rehearsal techniques
- Ability to utilize music notation and score preparation software
