Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chiropractic Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our chiropractic practice. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless patient experience, managing administrative staff, and maintaining efficient workflow processes. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
- Handle patient inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure proper patient care and follow-up
- Manage billing processes, including insurance claims and patient payments
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary resources are available
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in office management or a similar role within a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of chiropractic office operations and medical billing practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and office software
Preferred:
- Experience with patient management software specific to chiropractic practices
- Certification in medical office management or related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
