Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Director to lead our chiropractic team and oversee the operational and clinical excellence of our practice. In this role, you will be responsible for driving patient care quality, enhancing clinic performance, and fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of clinic operations, including staffing, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinic policies and procedures to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Oversee patient treatment plans, ensuring alignment with evidence-based chiropractic practices.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing mentorship and training to staff members.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in chiropractic care, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Preferred:
- Experience with practice management software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Proven track record of improving clinic operations and patient outcomes.
- Certification in chiropractic specialties (e.g., sports chiropractic, pediatric chiropractic) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
