Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Technologist.
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments, procedures, and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic health records (EHR).
- Leadership experience in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with molecular diagnostics and emerging laboratory technologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, analyzers, and microscopes.
