Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within retail or service environments
- Proven track record of managing and developing a high-performing team
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems

- Experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and resolve conflicts effectively
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash management software

- Familiarity with inventory management tools is a plus
