Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Manage cash drawer, including balancing and reconciling at the beginning and end of shifts

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational workflows and improve customer interactions
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a cash handling or customer service role
- Strong numerical literacy and attention to detail
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
Preferred:
- Experience in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Prior experience in retail or hospitality sectors
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
