Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in gaming operations or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of gaming regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale operations and drive improvements through effective leadership.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using data to inform decision-making and operational efficiencies.
Preferred:
- Experience in emerging gaming technologies, including VR/AR and blockchain gaming.
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new gaming products.
- Experience in managing P&L and budget forecasting for gaming operations.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of gaming software and platforms, including familiarity with game development processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and operational management software to track performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM systems and user experience optimization techniques.
