Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Associate to join our innovative sales team. You will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the car buying process, utilizing our cutting-edge digital tools and resources to close sales and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through online platforms, providing detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow up with prospects, and track sales activities
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and vehicle walkarounds, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our inventory
- Negotiate sales agreements and financing options, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and brand awareness
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of automotive products, features, and financing options
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual selling techniques
- Familiarity with automotive financing and leasing options
- Passion for cars and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
