Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive electronics or a related field, with a focus on vehicle security systems.
- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and alarm system integration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Preferred:
- Certification in automotive electronics or related fields (e.g., MECP, ASE).
- Experience with advanced alarm systems, GPS tracking, and remote start technologies.
- Hands-on experience with soldering and wiring techniques.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in installing and configuring a variety of car alarm systems, including passive and active systems.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and software.
- Knowledge of CAN bus systems and integration with vehicle electronics.
