Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cabin Cleaning Manager to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our cabin facilities. You will lead a team of cleaning staff, manage operations, and implement best practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all cabins meet stringent cleanliness and safety standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, assigning tasks to team members based on priority and cabin occupancy.
- Conduct regular inspections of cabins to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cabin readiness and address guest needs effectively.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Implement and maintain a system for tracking cleaning performance metrics and staff productivity.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cleaning or hospitality environment.
