Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting roles with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing and implementing business process improvements and change management initiatives.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Industry experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or technology.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
