Role Overview

Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or IT project management, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and business process modeling techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
