Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certification).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence (BI) tools.
