Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Mail Operations Manager to oversee our mail processing operations. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze mail performance metrics, providing insights to senior management on operational effectiveness and areas for enhancement.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for mail services and supplies.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in mail operations or logistics management, with a proven track record of leadership.
