Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments and personnel

- Maintain an inventory of mailing supplies and reorder as necessary
- Ensure compliance with postal regulations and manage relationships with courier services
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and record keeping
- Implement and optimize mailroom processes for efficiency and accuracy
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a mailroom or administrative support role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred:
- Experience with mailing software and postal systems
- Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and postage meters
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of mailing systems and logistics
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus
