Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, with a focus on electrical or breaker units
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring assembly teams
- Strong understanding of electrical components and assembly techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Certification in relevant electrical or mechanical fields
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
- Understanding of electrical safety standards and practices
- Experience with ERP systems for inventory and production tracking
