Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a machining environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in operating and programming CNC boring mills and related machinery.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and advanced machining technologies.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Certification in machine tool technology or related fields.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
