Role Overview
As the Business Intelligence (BI) Director at [$COMPANY_NAME], you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities

- Drive the adoption of self-service analytics tools and empower users to leverage data effectively
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all BI initiatives and reporting
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform BI practices and tool selection
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading BI initiatives
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with experience in SQL and database management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role within a high-growth or fast-paced environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in data visualization best practices and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
