Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a bakery or food service management role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
- Experience with specialty baking (e.g., artisan breads, pastries)
- Familiarity with POS systems and bakery management software
