Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a bakery or food production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively
Preferred:
- Culinary degree or relevant certification in baking and pastry arts
- Experience in inventory management and production scheduling
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using bakery equipment and tools, including mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems
