Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Autocad Design Manager to lead our design team in producing innovative and effective design solutions. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in design management, with a strong focus on AutoCAD.
- Proven track record of successfully managing design projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in AutoCAD software and familiarity with other design tools such as Revit, SketchUp, or similar.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in leading a design team in a remote work environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with BIM and integrated project delivery methodologies.
