Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Strong knowledge of CAD software, specifically AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and industry regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a multidisciplinary engineering firm.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and advanced modeling techniques.
- Professional certifications in CAD software or project management.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
