Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Auto Clutch Rebuilder to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the disassembly, inspection, and rebuilding of auto clutches to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You will work closely with experienced rebuilders to develop your skills and contribute to high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the disassembly and inspection of auto clutches to identify wear and damage
- Follow established repair procedures to rebuild clutches according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of work performed
- Participate in training sessions to expand technical knowledge and skills
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude for hands-on work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Preferred:
- Experience in automotive repair or a related field
- Prior exposure to clutch systems or components
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
