Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in AIX administration or a related field
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux commands and shell scripting
- Basic understanding of system monitoring tools and performance tuning

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Experience with AIX virtualization technologies such as PowerVM or LPAR
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and storage management
- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Hands-on experience with AIX operating systems
- Basic knowledge of shell scripting (e.g., Bash, KornShell)
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or similar
