Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
- Proven track record of effective team leadership and project management
Preferred:
- Experience with both commercial and general aviation aircraft
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking software and data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
