Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Manager to lead and optimize our admissions processes, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for prospective students. In this role, you will utilize data-driven strategies to attract and enroll a diverse student population while fostering a culture of inclusivity and support throughout the admissions journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective admissions strategies and processes that align with the organization's goals and values
- Oversee the admissions team, providing leadership, training, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Analyze enrollment data and market trends to inform decision-making and improve outreach efforts
- Collaborate with academic departments to enhance program offerings and communication with prospective students
- Engage with prospective students, families, and educational partners to provide comprehensive information about programs, services, and campus life
- Design and execute recruitment events, webinars, and outreach initiatives to promote the institution and its offerings
- Monitor and report on admissions metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing admissions processes and leading teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Preferred:
- Master's degree in higher education administration, business, or a related field
- Experience in developing marketing strategies for student recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and admissions software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software
- Experience with online communication platforms and virtual recruitment tools
- Strong understanding of enrollment management best practices
