Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in academic coaching, tutoring, or educational support roles.
- Strong understanding of learning theories and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with students.
- Demonstrated ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and understanding of culturally responsive teaching practices.
- Familiarity with academic assessment tools and techniques for measuring student progress.
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms and educational technologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online collaboration tools.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and educational software applications.
