Person’s profile

We are in search of a Billing Assistant who resonates with our Purpose, Vision, and Values and is eager to contribute to a team where these principles are more than words – they guide our actions. About the Finance team

Our finance team consists of 14 members, each specializing in various financial areas such as accounts, analysis, billing, forecasting, and reporting. We divide tasks based on expertise and collaborate closely to maintain financial stability, ensure accurate billing, and provide reliable forecasts and reports for decision-making. Each team member ensures that their responsibilities align with the company's goals and OKRs.

Requirements

  • Review and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify billing data and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  • Prepare and send out customer invoices on a regular basis.
  • Assist with resolving customer billing inquiries and disputes.
  • Maintain billing records and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in month-end and billing cycle commencement activities.
  • Assist with implementing process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide support to the billing manager or team as needed in various tasks or projects.
  • Stay updated on billing regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or partners related to billing processes.
  • Participate in training sessions or workshops to enhance billing knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions regarding billing procedures and strategies.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Precise, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Loyal, discreet, who can handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excel proficiency is essential (knowledge of Power Query Editor would be a plus)

· English language fluency

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
