As an Account Director at Zero100, you will be an integral part of the team focused on delivering an exceptional customer engagement experience, with the primary focus being to retain and expand our partnerships with our existing members. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of our members, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Supply Chain Officers and their teams across Fortune 1000 companies, building multi-threaded partnerships, aligning Zero100’s research/network/advisory capabilities to member priorities, and ensuring high engagement and measurable value realization.

What you’ll do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Build and maintain trusted, executive-level relationships (C-suite and direct reports), acting as a thought partner to help leaders apply Zero100 insights to their biggest operational and supply chain priorities.
  • Lead value delivery and engagement: ensure members are actively using Zero100 research, participating in peer forums, attending events/briefings, and connecting with relevant experts and peers.
  • Multi-thread accounts across senior sponsors, day-to-day champions, and procurement/finance to reduce churn risk and support expansion.
  • Partner closely with Research, Product and Delivery teams to match the right content, programming and advisory to each account and to surface opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor account health using engagement data, renewal signals and member feedback; proactively mitigate risk and create clear action plans.
  • Act as the voice of the customer: share trends, competitive intel, and product/content feedback to improve the member experience.

What success looks like

In the first 6–12 months, you will:

  • Establish executive relationships across accounts and deliver consistent engagement
  • Deliver strong gross retention and drive net revenue retention through expansion
  • Build repeatable account plans that connect member priorities to Zero100 programs and measurable outcomes

Embarking on a mission to redefine the future of global supply chains, Zero100 emerged in 2021 as a powerful new force for change. What began as a visionary concept from a team of seasoned leaders from giants like Amazon, Microsoft, and Deloitte, has rapidly evolved into a leading intelligence company for the world's most influential operations and supply chain executives. The journey started with a clear and urgent calling: to help leaders navigate the dual disruption of digital transformation and the climate crisis. The founders observed a critical gap between the escalating complexity of modern supply chains and the dated research and educational tools available to the profession. With a bold rallying cry of 'Zero Percent Carbon, 100% Digital', Zero100 set out to close this gap, creating a community-based platform to empower a new generation of leaders.

From its inception, Zero100 has been more than just a company; it's a movement. Backed by personal investment from industry titans like Dave Clark, former CEO of Worldwide Consumer at Amazon, the company quickly gained momentum. It attracted a prestigious group of founding members, including global powerhouses like Nike, Walmart, Google, and Unilever, all united by the shared purpose of reimagining how goods are produced, distributed, and consumed. This powerful coalition forms the core of the Zero100 community, a vibrant ecosystem where leaders connect, learn, and collaborate. Through a unique blend of proprietary data-driven research, intimate executive events, and personalized guidance, Zero100 provides the critical insights and peer connections necessary to move from strategy to execution with speed and confidence. The company's rapid growth, recognized by its inclusion in The Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing private companies, is a testament to the pressing need for its services and the impactful, transformative journey it has embarked upon with its members.
