About The Role

We are orchestrating the best high-performing team!

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us unlock new opportunities and bring Yuno's new banking & Financial Services Vertical to LATAM. This is a front-line commercial role with real strategic weight — you're not just filling a pipeline, you're opening doors into markets that are central to Yuno's growth in the region.

You will identify, engage, and qualify prospects across a diverse and fast-moving landscape, which means you'll need to move quickly, understand local business contexts, and tailor your approach to each market. The ambition here isn't to hit a quota and stop — it's to build relationships that turn into long-term partnerships, and to keep raising the bar on what great prospecting looks like at Yuno.

This role demands someone who treats every conversation as a chance to learn. You'll stay sharp on industry trends, competitor moves, and market shifts across the region — not because you're asked to, but because that curiosity is what keeps your outreach relevant and your pipeline strong. Your Contribution Will Be

  • Identify and research potential clients across Mexico and Spanish-speaking LATAM through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and digital channels

  • Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects, uncovering their needs and positioning Yuno's solutions with relevance

  • Present Yuno's value proposition clearly and compellingly, addressing questions and objections with confidence

  • Qualify leads and hand off high-potential opportunities to the Account Executive team with full context

  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring the team always has a clear view of pipeline activity

  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity across the region to sharpen your prospecting strategy

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and targeting

  • Bring new ideas on how to improve prospecting approaches — if you see a better way, say so


Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory — part of the interview process will be conducted in English

  • 2+ years of experience in a prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales role

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for sales

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools

  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Solid understanding of the Mexican and LATAM business landscape

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
