Yoffix is a hybrid workplace management platform helping companies manage offices, desks, meeting rooms, parking, visitors, and team collaboration.

Our platform integrates with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, HR systems, calendars, and workplace infrastructure. We work with companies across Europe and build a real production SaaS product used daily by enterprise customers and distributed teams.

We are a small and focused engineering-driven team where developers have direct impact on the product, architecture, and technical decisions

Tasks

About The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who wants to grow together with the product and take real ownership over time.

This role combines:

  • operational engineering,
  • product improvements,
  • troubleshooting,
  • customer-driven development,
  • backend and frontend work,
  • and long-term platform evolution.

A significant part of the role is solving real production problems:

  • bugs,
  • edge cases,
  • integration issues,
  • customer requests,
  • performance bottlenecks,
  • and operational improvements.

We are not looking for someone who only wants isolated feature tickets or pure greenfield development.

We are looking for an engineer who is comfortable working with real-world production systems and gradually becoming one of the technical owners of the platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Investigate and resolve production issues
  • Work on customer-driven product improvements
  • Debug frontend and backend problems
  • Improve reliability and maintainability of the platform
  • Work with integrations and asynchronous workflows
  • Participate in architecture and infrastructure discussions
  • Support deployments, testing, and release processes
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership
  • Gradually take more ownership and responsibility inside the platform

Requirements

Strong Practical Experience With

  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Modern frontend development
  • API and backend development
  • Debugging production systems
  • Git workflows

Strong Understanding Of

  • scalable web applications
  • asynchronous and event-driven systems
  • cloud infrastructure basics
  • software maintainability
  • production ownership mindset
  • troubleshooting and debugging

Communication

  • English level B1-B2 or higher
  • Ability to communicate clearly in technical discussions

Additional Plus

  • German language skills are a strong advantage, especially for customer-oriented communication
