- Lead and develop a remote team of agents, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive in their roles.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents' understanding of products and effective sales techniques.
- Establish performance metrics, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to drive team success.
- Create a motivating and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
- Work closely with upper management to align team goals with broader company objectives and initiatives.

Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a sales or insurance environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for motivating and guiding team members.
- Strong analytical skills to assess team performance and implement effective strategies for improvement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
- Current Life Insurance License is required (candidates may be considered without a license, but must obtain one within 60 days of hire).
