At Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, our approach to healthcare is defined by deep community connection and a fundamental belief that everyone deserves access to quality, compassionate care. Founded in 1978 by a small group of dedicated doctors, we began with a bold vision to close the healthcare gap for seasonal and migrant farm workers. What started in a modest plywood house in Toppenish, Washington has grown into one of the largest community health centers in the nation, serving over 200,000 patients annually across more than 40 clinics throughout Washington and Oregon.

Our culture is built on the understanding that patients, providers, staff, and communities are all connected in a shared mission. We don't just treat illness - we address the social factors that impact health through language interpretation, sliding fee scales, nutrition guidance, and community programs. With a team of over 2,000 healthcare professionals, we offer comprehensive services including medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and specialty care. As a teaching health center, we're also training the next generation of providers, ensuring our mission continues for years to come. Our core values of Service, Passion, Innovation, Commitment, and Empathy guide every interaction, every decision, and every effort to deliver exceptional care with dignity and compassion.
