Support Analyst role with 12-month fixed term contract. Provide customer support for ServiceNow-based applications, including PrivacyHub, and participate in platform operations, compliance, and learning & growth initiatives.
Requirements
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- 1-2 years' hands-on ServiceNow support or admin experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and script using JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting preferred)
- Understanding of service delivery and working to SLAs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Curious mindset with interest in IRM/GRC, and SecOps
- Fluent English (extra languages welcome!)
