About the team
- Worldpay is seeking individuals with experience working in a high velocity call center environment to join our Inside Sales team. Our team’s mission is to increase market share within the SMB business community, and play a key role in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
What you’ll own
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and CRM tools (Salesforce, Five9).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support.
What you bring
- 2+ years of experience in an Inside Sales function or in a direct selling role.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Customer Engagement tools).
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $19.13-$28.44. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
