WWF is seeking a Manager Leadership Development to lead the design and implementation of leadership development initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership development, adult learning theory, and instructional design, with experience in global, multicultural organizations. They will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver scalable leadership and management development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, organisational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in leadership development, talent development, organisational development, or similar fields
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes in global, multicultural organisations
