Requirements

• Degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources areas
• Strong experience in managing complex requests and management of diverse expectations from multiple communication channels at an international organisational level
• Experience of working in an HR shared services environment and remotely handling distributed staff across various locations globally
• Strong experience and knowledge of employment law
• Assoc CIPD qualified or higher OR other relevant/equivalent HR professional certification (preferred)
