Job Description

So, what will your new role look like?

As a Channel Sales Coordinator at Workleap, you’ll be the operational engine behind our Channel Sales strategy. Your mission? Empower our resellers and distributors to thrive by removing friction, streamlining processes, and building clarity across systems.

This role is a hybrid of hands-on execution and long-term optimization. You’ll tackle day-to-day escalations and partner support while driving efficiency through smarter workflows, automation, and AI tools. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Channel Account Managers (CAMs), Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and Sales and Distribution leadership to shape a seamless, scalable partner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Document and optimize workflows across the partner lifecycle: onboarding, quoting, renewals, and distributor operations;
  • Manage the shared Channel inbox and handle partner escalations with speed and clarity;
  • Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and MindMatrix to surface key KPIs;
  • Identify and automate manual tasks using CRM and AI tools to increase efficiency;
  • Support cross-functional systems projects, including documentation, UAT, and go-live;
  • Collaborate with Data, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on Channel needs;
  • Keep Channel training materials up to date for a distributed, self-serve team;
  • Flag recurring bottlenecks, propose solutions, and help implement new tools or processes.

A typical week?

You’ll split your time between solving day-to-day partner and distributor requests, improving CRM workflows, building or refining dashboards, and coordinating with other teams on system updates or automations. Expect a mix of “firefighting” and forward-looking design work — both equally important to the role’s success.

What does your future team look like?

You’ll join Workleap’s Revenue Operations team — a small but mighty group supporting Marketing, Sales, and CX through process excellence, insights, and tooling. You’ll report to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate with Channel leadership, the Data team, and RevOps peers (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CX Ops). Expect a culture of experimentation, accountability, and high collaboration.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?

Your team is focused on enabling scale without losing clarity. That means automating what we can and building the data foundations that help Channel leaders track performance and partner health in real time. Your input will shape both the strategy and execution.

Qualifications

  • Analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach;
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM;
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
  • Comfortable working across systems and supporting CRM integrations;
  • Clear communicator with strong documentation skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiar with automation tools or AI-enhanced workflows;
  • Collaborative, curious, and adaptable to change.

Who we are

We’re a team of curious minds and bold builders, brought together by a shared drive to make work simpler - and better - for everyone. Challenges fuel our creativity, fast-paced environments keep us sharp, and pushing boundaries is just part of how we operate. We believe the best ideas come from experimentation, rapid learning, and even the occasional discomfort - that’s where growth happens.

Since 2006, we’ve been rethinking the way teams work, blending creativity and tech to solve real problems in IT and HR. We move quickly, we learn constantly, and we always keep our customers at the center of what we do. If you're a proactive thinker who takes ownership, loves to collaborate, and isn’t afraid to leap into the unknown - you’ll fit right in.
