Wolters Kluwer is seeking a dynamic, people-focused Mid-Market Field Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Field Sales Representatives. The role involves recruiting, developing, and inspiring a team, providing coaching and territory strategy guidance, and creating a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • 4+ years leading field, outside, or quota-carrying sales teams
