Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- 4+ years leading field, outside, or quota-carrying sales teams
- Strong understanding of consultative or value-based selling frameworks
- Proven success coaching teams to exceed targets in complex sales environments
- Ability to build strong client relationships and influence senior-level decision makers
