Responsible for generating new bookings and revenue by creating sales opportunities and closing sales focusing on securing new logos. This role represents our pharmacy compliance solution selling into smaller to midsized healthcare targets. Assist management in devising direct sales plans and strategies.
Requirements
- Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop and maintain sales plans, pipelines, and forecasts to drive sales growth and meet targets.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek out and identify potential customers, utilizing lead generation experience and networking skills to establish new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to effectively promote and sell Pharmacy Compliance and Workflow SaaS software solutions to cross-functional teams.
- Complex Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation of contracts, and contract closure.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of all Compliance Pharmacy Operations SaaS software solutions, as well as their value proposition in the healthcare industry.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about the healthcare industry, hospital market trends, and competitors' activities.
- Achievement of Sales Targets: Set sales targets and consistently work towards exceeding them.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive working relationships with Clinical Surveillance and Compliance employees and valued customers.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate a strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to improving healthcare through the application of technology in critical areas.
