Associate - Procurement Services

Role Overview:We are seeking a Logistics Sourcing Associate to support procurement activities across North America (NA) and LATAM. This role will focus on logistics-related indirect procurement, driving value through cost optimization, supplier management, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Support sourcing and procurement activities across logistics categories for NA and LATAM markets • Manage and evaluate suppliers across freight, packaging, and warehousing services • Analyze and balance cost, service reliability, and risk in sourcing decisions • Contribute to sourcing strategies for multimodal freight, packaging, and warehousing operations • Track and interpret commodity indices (e.g., resin, steel, fuel, labor, space) to support commercial decisions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives Key Requirements:• Experience in logistics-related indirect procurement or sourcing • Strong understanding of freight modes (air, ocean, road), packaging types, and warehousing services • Knowledge of multimodal logistics and supply chain operations • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret market and cost drivers • Experience supporting NA and LATAM markets preferred General Skills (Critical):• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong problem-solving ability with a solution-oriented mindset • Solid analytical skills with attention to detail • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
